What's our story
When I uprooted my life from the US to Israel 11 years ago, I quickly understood that Israelis are the most charasmatic people on the planet...until you stick them in a meeting room with someone named Matthew from California. Remaining authentic yet professional, direct yet polite and sharp yet relaxed isn't derived from a “power pose” or 3 step method. It's about detecting the needs, fears and desires of your stakeholders, collegues and clients. It's about reading the power dynamics, using cultural understanding and then communicating your Israeli self in English.
